Ingredients
  • 8 Eggs
  • 8oz Baby Kale
  • 8oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 6oz Roasted Red Peppers
  • 4oz Spinach
  • 1- 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Spice Blend
  • ¼ Green Onion
  • Slow Cooker Kale Frittata4
Instructions
  1. Add Olive Oil in a 5-in-1 Multi-Cooker
  2. Set it to SAUTE on HI
  3. Add spinach and baby kale, saute until wilted
  4. Add beaten eggs, green onions, roasted red peppers, crumbled goat cheese, and spice blend
  5. Change setting to SLOW COOK on LOW for 2-3 hours
