- 24 Meatballs (or 800g Turkey Mince)
- 200ml Chilli Ketchup
- 150ml Orange Juice
- 250g Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to Season
- Cook for 4 hours on LOW

- 900g Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs Seasoned In
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- ยฝ Tsp Salt
- ยฝ Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1kg Red Potatoes
- 2 Brown Onions
- 400g Tin Peeled Plum Tomatoes
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Cup Stock Made With 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- Salt & Pepper to Season
- 3 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
- Cook for 8 hours on LOW. After 4 hours give a stir and add a few spices for a best flavour (see video)
