Creamy Crock-Pot Zuppa Toscana

The slow cooker Zuppa Toscana soup is a creamy soup with tender potatoes, spicy Italian sausage and healthy kale.

Perhaps, you usually buy a ready made soup from shops and love it.
Though, it’s very easy to do it in the crock pot and in my humble opinion it’s flavour is much better when cooker a few hours 🙂

You can of course use standard potatoes, but have you tried “Simply Potatoes“?
They’re made with REAL ingredients and are fresh, NOT frozen.  It’s all the great potato-y goodness, and none of the hassle of peeling!  Easy to keep on hand, and they make slow cooker meals a cinch!  Especially this variety…  NO peeling and chopping potatoes and NO chopping an onion. (I only use them when I’m very lazy though)

When ready you may want to top the soup with slices of crumbled peppered bacon, if you like them.
