Slow Cooker Tip That Will Save You Hours of Work Each Week.

Instead of preparing one dish at the time, buy more ingredients and throw them into several freezer bags.

Freeze until ready to use, then just put the entire frozen bag into the crock pot and let it cook all day long while you doing other things.

Beef Stew Recipe ingredients:

2 pounds of chuck meat cut into 1 1/2 inches cubes
2 potatoes peeled and cubed into 1 inch pieces
2 carrots peeled and sliced
1 big onion chopped into cubes
2 stalks of celery. Slice them
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 15 oz canned unsalted tomatoes
1 cup of beef stock
2 cups of red wine (choose one that is not too expensive but good quality)
2 bay leaves
1 table spoon fresh minced thyme

Then seal the bag and write the date on it before putting it on the freezer. Keep it no longer than 3 months.
