Put Chicken in a Crock Pot, and What’s on Top Makes it an Irresistible Meal!

This mouthwatering honey garlic chicken is all in one meal. It is slow-cooked with baby red potatoes, baby carrots, and green beans in a sweet and savoury sauce for an amazing taste.

In a bowl combine soy sauce, garlic, honey, lemon juice, spices and whisk well.
Place a first layer of chicken thighs in the slow cooker and add half of sauce.
Add carrots and potatoes…

And a second layer of thighs with the remaining sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mmmm… it smells good already! 30 minutes before the end…
place the green beans on the top and cook for 30 more minutes.
