Healthy Chicken and Salsa Slow Cooker Recipe. Make Freezer Meals Too!

Many people complain when wanting to eat right that healthy food is too expensive and they don’t have enough time to prepare it.

Today’ we are going to take care of both of those problems what we’re going to be using is a slow cooker, or what’s more commonly referred to as a crock pot.

They are very affordable, (check out our review) and what they do is they slow cook your food over a period of time between two to eight hours depending on high or low setting.

With one of them you can make all kinds of recipes.

Today we’ll be making one of my absolute favorite and it’s really easy.
A a chicken salsa mix and we’re going to make it right now now it doesn’t get much easier than that.

Make a big portion and what you can do is to get five little plastic Tupperware reusable containers. Mix this up evenly within the five, throw them in the fridge and you have exactly enough for Monday through Friday.

So if you were to do this on a Sunday afternoon, you would be good to go for the rest of the week lunch wise 🙂
