Crock Pot Chicken Adobo – Let’s Revisit This Filipino Recipe

I was looking for a new slow cooker recipe and got intrigued by this video.

It made me think that a side effect of using a slow cooker is to become super energetic, this is the least we can say when watching her cooking. (makes me fee older too, LOL)

You’ll also see that slow cooking isn’t difficult, simply follow the instructions. You can also add your own touch, I do it all the time.

 Directions:

Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix the onion, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar, and pour over the chicken. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

 

Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo INGREDIENTS:

1 small sweet onion, sliced
8 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces

A very easy slow cooker recipe for chicken. This is such a simple recipe for something SO good! Serve hot with steamed rice.
