A quick preparation that can be put together fast, a few hours in the pot and you’re done! This mouthwatering honey garlic chicken all in one meal, is slow cooked with baby red potatoes, baby carrots and green beans in a sweet and savoury sauce for an amazing taste… In a bowl combine soy sauce, garlic, honey, lemon juice, spices and whisk well. Place a first layer of chicken thighs in the slow cooker and add half of sauce. Add carrots and potatoes… And a second layer of thighs with the remaining sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
