Mmmm… Crock Pot Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon
Did you know that using your slow-cooker is the easiest way to make loaded potatoes. The Crock Pot Loaded Baby Potatoes is all made in the slow cooker and covered in shredded cheese, bacon, green onion and drizzled with sour cream!… Look at this magic recipe our friends at “Delish” cooked for us…
Start by lining an aluminum foil at the bottom of the pot and spray with cooking spray. (it works without too, that’s the way I personally like them, it looks more messy but the taste is the same without the aluminum potential problems)
add baby potatoes and a good layer of cheese (the one you prefer)
Time for the cooked bacon, take a few minutes to cook your bacon in a skillet… this is the key for an incredible taste and smell… Really… don’t skip that step!
Then garlic… oh my gosh I love garlic… it is healthy and delicious… Be selfish add a lot of garlic, make sure that you don’t have a meeting right after 🙂
Spread chopped green onions or even any other fresh herb you love… Cooking is an open ended experience…. with trial and errors sometimes… Personally I very often add my own touch.. and it usually works pretty well…
Look at this… mouth watering or not?…. I like it already (not an aluminum fan though…)
Alright… the last step is simply adding another layer…
If you make it with aluminum, fold it and cover. Cook on high for five hours.
WOW…
Another all in one wonderful dish you can prepare in minutes before leaving home in the morning and get an exquisite meal when coming back…
Okay… having many pictures on this page makes the site loading slow…
