  • lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

  • Kick things off by tossing your sliced mushrooms and diced onions into the bottom of your trusty slow cooker. They'll create a flavorful bed for our steaks.
  • Now, let's get our hands dirty! Mix up all the beef patty ingredients in a bowl. Once everything's well combined, shape the mixture into 6 patties. Don't worry if they're not perfect – they'll still taste great!
