You’ll see it is very easy and straightforward.
Start by melting one cup of butter of margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions.
Celery.
The sliced mushrooms.
And chopped parsley
and stir well until onions get translucent. Then place veggies off the heat.
Then in a bowl, add bread cubes and pour the vegetables on them.Add in all you spices
Pour the broth, it will help moisten the mixture. Don’t use all the liquid, but only what you need to make it stick together.
Tip: It depends on how dry the bread you use is. The dryer it is the more broth you need.
Add two lightly beaten eggs and blend well.
Time to transfer it to the slow cooker.
Cover and set on HIGH for 45 minutes. Then reduce the heat to LOW for another 4 to 8 hours.
