- - 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- - 1/4 cup olive oil
- - 2 tbsp lemon juice
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 tsp dried oregano
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Pour sauce over chicken thighs and toss to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
After the chicken is finished cooking, take it out of the slow cooker and set it on the serving tray.
Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
