Ingredients

  • - 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • - 1/4 cup olive oil
  • - 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  • whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Pour sauce over chicken thighs and toss to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • After the chicken is finished cooking, take it out of the slow cooker and set it on the serving tray.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
